Document Availability Notes:  

• The park's paper files house many additional documents since August 1997 not available on this website. Most documents from November 28, 1948 through August 1997 were shredded and disposed of by the OFSRA Board of Directors some time around August 2004. Many of the documents prior to August 1997 contained in this website were obtained from past board members, long time residents of the park and the records of the County of Tuolumne. If you have or know of the whereabouts of any park information prior to August 1997, please consider sharing it for inclusion in this website. All documents loaned to the webmaster can be returned to the beneficiary. To do so, contact Charles Varvayanis. Contact information is below at the bottom of this page.



• On 5/21/2011 the OFSRA BOD requested certain documents be censored from this website. The requested documents have been made unavailable and their titles have been made red in color with the notice "REMOVED per OFSRA request 5/21/2011". If the membership would like these documents restored, they should appeal to the OFSRA BOD. Documents censored:
• All U.S. Corporation Income Tax Returns (Form 1120) and California Corporation Franchise or Income Tax Returns (Form 100). These were password protected.



• On 2/19/2011 and 9/25/2010 the OFSRA BOD has requested certain portions of Open BOD meetings be censored from this website. The requested portions of the BOD meeting recordings were removed. If the membership would like these portins restored, they should appeal to the OFSRA BOD. Topics censored:
• 2/19/2011 - The reading of the resignation letter of BOD member Nelson Fialho.
• 9/25/2010 - A general discussion of ADA requirements and implications.
