Sierra Park Community Services District (SPCSD)

The Official Sierra Park CSD website is no longer available at: www.sierraparkcsd.org.

The Sierra Park CSD formation was abandoned in March 2013. Unfortunately OFSRA spent between $180,000 and $220,000 in engineering, surveying and legal fees for producing final CSD formation documents prior to obtaining approval from Tuolumne County to form the CSD. None of the engineering, surveying or legal services for CSD the final formation document production were required until after the CSD application was approved by Tuolumne County, which it was not.
