The Grand Lodge did not autorize moving our meeting to the third
Saturday of each month beginning at 7:45 AM and shortening the
meeting to 15 minutes.  As a result, the secruatary notifed the
Grand Lodge and us on April 10, 2007 that Sierra Park Lodge No.
376 I.O.O.F. would close.
