Well 6 Active, 15 HP, 99 GPM, 403’, Drilled 1996 The well is drilled to 403’ Pump installed in 1996. The well has a high quality controller that protects from overload, high voltage (not including lightning), low voltage, phase imbalances (voltage and/or current). The protection circuit tripped about 30 times during a six week period starting the last of week May 2006 and continuing through July of 2006 and twice in April of 2009 due to a PG&E regulator controller failure on one phase of 3-phase distribution system in our area. During the 2006 problem we brought in well service companies. One wanted to replace the pump, and the other wanted to pull the pump and send it out for analysis. See the document “Malfunction of PG&E Regulator 244 - 4-28-2009.pdf”. This is an excerpt from an e-mail sent to the BOD. Caution this is a 240 Volt 3-phase system with a stinger leg! The well is configured for automated operation, but not connected or operated as such.
